The North West Construction Hub (NWCH) would like to invite applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to tender for the 4th iteration of the High Value Construction Framework.
Interested parties should register their interest in the project and download the tender documents via the Council’s E Tendering Portal called The Chest, and complete and submit the tender return documents together with any supporting information requested by 11.00am on 15th August 2022.
The High Value Construction Framework is due to commence in January 2023 for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 1 year. This framework will enable its users to demonstrate value for money from an open book system of accounting, design innovation and the removal of waste from the process of procurement, with the added benefit of being framework that focuses on local value.
