Our North West Construction Hub Framework Partner, VINCI Construction UK Limited, have been ranked as the number one paying main contractor by Build UK.
VINCI’s payment performance stats are:
- Average days to pay invoices: 24 days
- % of invoices not paid within terms: 15
- % of invoices paid within 60 days: 95
Paying sub-contractors within 30 days is a requirement of the Government’s Prompt Payment Code. VINCI actively work with a range of clients, across multiple sectors including a number of Local Authorities.
VINCI are currently delivering the Ellesmere Port Public Services Hub project for its client Cheshire West and Chester Council. The project was secured through the North West Construction Hub High Value Framework.

The Ellesmere Port Public Services Hub continues to progress with the envelope nearing completion and internals on-going.
The scheme is due to be handed over later this year and will be a landmark facility that improves access to public services, provides high quality, flexible office space for Council workers and will act as a catalyst for the regeneration of Ellesmere Port Town Centre.
